The newly opened 4-star Macdonald Manchester Hotel is offering a special winter B&B rate of just £85 per room (including tax). Prices are usually in the region of £120 room-only for this deluxe, city-centre property.
The contemporary, glass-fronted hotel is just minutes from Piccadilly Gardens and the city's trendy Northern Quarter. Facilities include a thermal spa, a gym and beauty rooms, plus a lounge bar, cafe and restaurant with an open-theatre kitchen.
The offer is available to book between 16 December and 15 January, 2008 (excluding 22 December; 8 and 9 January), ideal for taking advantage of Manchester's shops in the run up to Christmas, or for bargain hunting in the January sales.
